I’ve been experimenting with sourdough since 2016, and have in the process cultivated several starters in different locations. Currently I am working with one I call “Strobe City”, in reference to the magnificent monsoon lightning here in Tucson.

Your bread can and should be enjoyed in any form you choose. My favorite is with a little honey and cinnamon, or a big slice of tomato with salt and pepper.
